Took this shot of a fully grown female Tiger in Bandhipur with my D200 & 18-200. It was an amazing sighting by my friend. She was just few feet away from us. She slowly walked towards the Jeep which we were in and crossed the road to go to the other side. One of the most majestic creatures that I have ever seen.Some more shots of her!!!
Their population has declined drastically. But thanks to projects like "Project Tiger", some efforts are being made to save them from extinction.
